Effects are pre-rendered but, included in the download, there is an alternative project with un-rendered effects which require plugins (VideoCopilot – Optical Flares 1.2.132, Trapcode – Particular 2.1.0 and Rowbyte – Plexus 2.0.9) – in case you wish to alter some of the animation.

The project renders quickly, even with the un-rendered effects.
